Happy New Year!! Here's to a great 2017, filed with health and prosperity. I am excited to begin a new year. We are going to be making some positive changes this year so stay tuned. The current change is the schedule. I have moved the evening classes back 15 minutes. They will begin at 5:30. I think it will make it easier for most folks to get there on time. Monday, Wednesday and Friday Crossfit will be the first class. H.I.I.Tfit (Bootcamp) will be the early class on Tuesday and Thursday. For right now we will have 2 classes in the evening. Open gym will run at 7:30pm on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. If you are in a strength program you can use the platforms anytime. Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30 pm we will be running an Elements class for all beginners. All new athletes will be required to participate in 4 Elements classes. After which they will move into either HIIT or CrossFit. Please take a look at the schedule.
