Here is the skinny on the weekend schedule. Saturday classes are running as usual. We are meeting at Ellison Park, Penfield Rd entrance at 9am for the regular CF class. I will be at CHG for barbell training Saturday at 8 (I will do my best to be early so we can be done by 8:50). The bootcamp class will start as close to 10 as possible.
Sunday we will be closed. No classes.
Monday is our traditional Memorial Day Murph. Right now we are full until 10 so if you want to do it come a little before 10 to warm up and plan on a 10 am start (unelss you already signed up). I have a grill so feel free to bring some meat, snack and beverage for after your grueling wod. It has always been a good time and a nice morning to work out and hang for a bit. Bring a friend, family member or spouse.
FYI...Next week May 28-June 2 there will be no open gym during the week days (yes there will be one Sunday).
