CrossFit is succinctly defined as constantly varied, functional movement performed at high intensity. I tell interested clients that CrossFit is a mixture of weightlifting, gymnastics, plyometrics, calisthenics and bootcamp rolled into one. The most important element of our training is high intensity. The harder you try, the more benefit you get. It’s that simple.
