What is HIITfit? CHG HIITfit is a high intensity interval training program that involves; running, jumping, pullups, pushups, kettlebells and rowing. Because of our health professional background we will teach you proper lifting techniques and mobility strategies that will help you in everyday applications. Classes run for about an hour and will challenge anyone. If you want to learn the basics of CrossFit or just get in great shape, tone up or lose weight our boot camp classes are a great deal. See schedule for times. We have HIITfit memberships and all groupon or similar programs are allowed to participate.
