CROSSFIT MOBILITY
What does mobility mean to CHG? Since I discovered CrossFit my understanding of mobility and movement has evolved to become an integral part of my Chiropractic regiment. I completed the Crossfit mobility and movement certification in 2012 and have taught my clients how to gain strength and conditioning and stave off injuries and the effects of aging. Mobility is not “stretching. Mobility is based on the concept of training and being able to access all available movement afforded by the body’s musculoskeletal system. What does that mean? It means mobility is based in movement and not lengthening muscles and tendons. It is a much more effective method to provide flexibility and suppleness.

I offer one on one sessions to teach anyone how to improve their crossfit experience or alleviate injuries. By maintaining proper ranges of motion, mobility training is the best prevention against having recurring injuries and symptoms.
